What changes when an exclusion is active?
When an applicable BetStop self-exclusion is active, the following changes apply to your Betaces.co account.

01 — WAGERING ACCESS
Wagering is restricted.
Your account cannot be used to place wagers while the applicable BetStop exclusion is active.

02 — EXCLUSION STATUS
It cannot simply be overridden.
Betaces.co must comply with active BetStop restrictions. An active exclusion cannot simply be overridden at your request.

03 — MARKETING
Promotional communications are handled accordingly.
Applicable promotional communications are handled in accordance with BetStop requirements.

04 — ACCOUNT & FUNDS
Account and funds matters still follow applicable rules.
Account and funds-related matters are handled according to applicable wagering and regulatory requirements.
IMPORTANT Self-exclusion is not the same as account deletion. Account and funds-related matters continue to be handled according to applicable requirements while BetStop restrictions apply.
